Ansie

Mrs Ansie Joubert, BA

Relationship Therapist

Pastoral and Relationship Therapist, using Imago relationship therapy and Multi-level Processing (brain spotting).

About Me

I help couples and individuals navigate relationship challenges. Using Imago relationship therapy, we explore communication patterns and foster deeper connection. Multi-level Processing can also gently address underlying blocks. I aim for our sessions to be a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your needs without judgment. Together, we can build stronger bonds and find practical ways forward for lasting change.

Approach

Grounded in pastoral care and relational focus, I blend attentive, curiosity-led dialogue with moments of somatic attunement so conversation and felt-sense move together. In my Somerset West room, in Afrikaans or English, sessions feel paced and practical — we name interaction patterns, practice short in-session experiments, and gently track what shows up in your body between meetings. This way uncovers both the visible hurts and the quieter, held responses beneath them. People facing anxiety, loss, trauma or shifting partnerships often find this approach steadying.
