Ms Anoushka Acharya, MA

Counseling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist committed to offering a warm, accessible space for anyone navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship struggles to feel understood without judgment. Every session is grounded in ethical practice and a genuine commitment to helping you build real resilience and reconnect with your own capacity for growth, at whatever pace that takes.

About Me

I run my own private practice, Mitrah, in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, where I've spent the past two years working with clients both in person and online, including several based abroad, which has shaped how I hold cultural nuance and context in my therapy space. I believe in bringing my authentic self into every session and building a space where you don't have a persistent need to perform to be here. Just show up as you are; that is all. Together, we work through anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and the everyday weight of life, with the aim of building something lasting: resilience. I work with individuals across all ages, meeting each person where they actually are in their story.

Approach

My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and a relational approach to therapy, alongside close attention to how the body holds and processes experience. I hold an empathetic, supportive space where you can explore who you are and build steadier emotional footing and lasting resilience. At its heart, this work is about helping you find your own voice!
