I am a compassionate, licensed counsellor supporting children, adolescents, and young adults. I walk alongside you, helping to gently navigate the complex inner world of emotions. With a special interest in trauma Counseling, I offer a safe space to explore feelings and find clarity. My aim is to help younger clients process experiences and build resilience for a healthier future.
Approach
Together we gently map feelings and memories into manageable steps, keeping your pace and voice central. In my Kariega consulting room, in Afrikaans or English, and via secure online sessions, I offer a calm, predictable setting where younger clients and their caregivers feel seen. Sessions often use short, focused activities, storytelling and brief between-session check-ins to process distressing memories safely and build practical coping skills. This steady, collaborative way of working tends to help families and young people navigating change.
