About Me
Approach
I take a non-traditional approach to therapy, blending traditional talk therapy with: Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic body work , alongside my own intuitive body wisdom.
Healing isn’t just about talking; it’s about reconnecting with yourself on every level.
I offer online therapy to support you in navigating both your inner and outer worlds with compassion and clarity.
~ I believe in self-love & self-trust—working with me means learning to deeply honour yourself and step into your own healing power.
~ It is my deepest honour to walk alongside women ready to do the inner work and hold space for their healing & growth.
Our sessions can go beyond just talking (if you want them to) — I can also utilize:
- Meditation & visualization
- Breathwork & somatic practices
- Journal prompts for deeper reflection
My goal? To help you feel empowered—to take what we explore in therapy and integrate it into your real life.
I see you as you are. With deep empathy, I reflect back your truth and guide you toward your own inner wisdom. You already have the answers—I'm here to help you access them.
