Ms Annie Bjork

Family Therapist

I work relationally an experientially to heal aloneness, unstick the stuck places and help you find well-being and connection.

About Me

I understand how isolating it feels when family patterns create distance or leave you feeling stuck. As a Family Therapist, I invite you to explore these relational dynamics in a safe space. We will work together experientially, using practical approaches to help you understand your feelings. This collaborative process helps individuals and families heal aloneness and build genuine, lasting connection.

Approach

You’ll find sessions grounded in relationship and experience, moving between present felt moments and practical problem‑solving to address family patterns, transitions, anxiety, or past hurts. In my San Francisco office or online we pace work to match your rhythm—sometimes down-to-earth conversation, sometimes hands-on exercises or short between-session reflections to notice shifts. Therapy is collaborative and paced to your readiness; people juggling change, strained relationships, or parenting challenges often find this way of working steadying and clarifying.
