Mrs Annette Fraser

Counseling Psychologist

I am an experienced psychologist and passionate about helping people to overcome issues that takes away from the quality of life they have.

About Me

I am a registered Counseling Psychologist in Stilbaai, Western Cape, South Africa. I help adults and adolescents facing abuse, mood disorders, grief, life transitions, and behaviour problems. I use individual therapy, family therapy, relationship counseling, adoption support, and clinical hypnosis to build practical coping skills.

Approach

When people come feeling overwhelmed by loss, mood shifts, or difficult family patterns, I focus on breaking concerns into clear, manageable steps that restore daily functioning and calm. In Stilbaai and online, in English or Afrikaans, sessions are steady and collaborative—we talk, reflect and try focused exercises that reveal unhelpful patterns. Between meetings I suggest small, realistic tasks to practise new responses and build confidence. This practical, gentle pace tends to suit adults, couples and families seeking real, lasting change.
