About Me
Approach
Are you a teen or adult who is struggling with challenges such as anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or bereavement? The majority of my experience is from a post-secondary counselling centre, so I am well-equipped to assist individuals with life transitions, career exploration, and identity development. Together, we can discover your values and foster self-compassion and personal growth.
Services
Hello, fellow wanderer. Do you feel lost? Exhausted by an inner voice whispering, “I’m not good enough,” or by relentless thoughts racing through your mind? Has trauma altered how you see yourself and the world around you? Do you find yourself questioning your values and everything that once seemed certain?
Your story isn't over. Together, we can change how you experience the painful words, images, and sensations within your inner world. In the midst of suffering, you can courageously build and cherish the moments that make life worth living.
