Ms Anneke KIRSTEN

Certified Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I specialise in childhood trauma and addiction, with a focus on understanding and addressing the deeper causes that underlie symptoms, patterns, and ongoing difficulties. My work goes beyond symptom management, supporting clients in exploring the emotional, relational, and developmental roots of their experiences.

About Me

I am a counselling psychologist with 23 years of experience in private practice. I am also an Accredited Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, utilising this developmental map to facilitate a deeper understanding of Self, as well as personal growth and integration. I am also a Certified Mindfulness and Compassionate Inquiry Instructor.

Approach

Therapy is oriented toward long-term growth, insight, and resolution, with meaning-making at the centre of the process.
