I am also a Certified Mindfulness and Compassionate Inquiry Instructor.

I specialise in childhood trauma and addiction, dealing with the deeper causes of symptoms, patterns and difficulties. Rather than purely seeking short-term symptom reduction, therapy is focused on long-term growth, insight, understanding and resolution.
