Mrs Annabelle Schatteman
Jungian Analyst
“When you arrive at this website, you may be going through a challenging phase in your life. Perhaps you feel exhausted or tense, your relationship may be struggling, or you notice that you keep falling into the same patterns. Often, we bravely push on and try to solve everything on our own, but sometimes it can be valuable to pause, seek support, or gain a fresh perspective on what you are experiencing. As a Jungian therapist and artist, I offer you a safe and welcoming space in my studio and therapy practice on the coast of Scheveningen, where we can explore together where you currently stand and which challenges you are facing. My practice, Bloom Therapy, was born from the idea that every person has the potential to flourish — yet we are sometimes held back by unconscious blockages, old pain, or expectations from our environment. When you gain insight into the unconscious processes that guide you, space, clarity, and growth emerge. As Jung beautifully said: “One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” In addition to conversation, I work with methods such as dream analysis, active imagination, and creative visualization. These techniques help you connect with your subconscious, initiating deep and lasting change. Together, we set conscious and unconscious layers in motion, with the aim of fostering greater balance, freedom, and inner flourishing.”
