My experience led me to create Your Space — a place where traditional talk therapy meets creative expression. A space where you can feel heard, seen, and safe to express yourself in your own way. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship — built on trust, empathy, and respect. Everyone’s journey is different, and in Your Space, you are the expert of your own story. I’m here to listen, witness, and gently guide you along the way

About Me

Hello, I’m Anna — a therapist with a professional background in Psychology and Art Therapy. I am originally from Poland, but I’ve been living and working in Cork, Ireland, for several years now. My therapeutic journey began as a general counsellor, supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Over time, I expanded my experience through suicide crisis intervention and Employee Assistance Programs, before moving into more specialised work with vulnerable children and adults facing adverse childhood experiences and trauma. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings — offering individual therapy, group sessions, and parent–child therapy — with infants, children, adolescents, and adults alike. These experiences have shaped my understanding of the many ways people heal and connect.

Approach

Through my therapy practice, I aim to provide a warm, safe environment where you can pause, reflect on your life, and discover new ways of being there for yourself. Because every person is unique, I offer a tailored approach. For some, traditional talk therapy feels most comfortable; for others, art provides the freedom to express what words cannot—and for many, a blend of both feels just right.
