About Me

I offer a calm space where children, adolescents, and adults can explore feelings of overwhelm or confusion. My role is to help you navigate life's challenges and transitions with greater clarity. We work together to understand what's causing conflict, providing emotional support tailored to your unique journey. In our sessions, online or in Port Elizabeth, you'll find practical guidance to help you move forward.

Approach

In sessions we focus on the here-and-now conversations that reveal patterns in your thoughts, behaviour and relationships, so we can try small, practical changes between meetings. We explore difficult feelings at a steady pace, link them to everyday choices or habits, and practise clearer ways of coping that you can use in school, work or at home. I check in on how those changes feel and adjust our work as we notice shifts in mood or routine. This approach suits people who want clear, practical steps they can apply day-to-day.
