Therapy for calm, clarity, and easing self-pressure
Do you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or caught in cycles of overthinking and self-criticism? You might put a lot of pressure on yourself, worry about getting things right, or find it hard to switch off. Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down, talk things through, and make sense of what is going on for you.
In sessions, we focus on what is showing up in your day-to-day life — the thoughts that keep looping, the situations that trigger anxiety or self-doubt, and how you respond when you feel under pressure. Together, we look for more balanced, workable ways of responding so life feels more manageable and less exhausting.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and non-judgemental. The aim is to help you feel clearer, more emotionally steady, and more able to relate to yourself with kindness and confidence.
I work in a neurodiversity-affirming way and welcome both neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD and autism.
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Fees range from £50–£80, depending on circumstances (online £50–£70; in-person £65–£80). Concession spaces are available for clients on lower incomes, and this can be discussed openly.
In-person sessions take place at Mediwell Clinic, 1C Lansdowne Rd, Tottenham, London, N17 0LL.
