I invite adults, couples, and children to explore their experiences in a compassionate, integrative space. Drawing from a mindfulness-based frame, we can work together to cultivate inner awareness. This helps you understand challenges and find healthier ways forward, whether navigating personal stress or relationship dynamics. For children, I provide a safe space to express feelings and build resilience.

Conversations here move at your pace, guided by gentle curiosity and practical reflection so you feel understood as we explore what matters most. In Stellenbosch I meet people in English, Afrikaans, Dutch or German, and I shape sessions to fit families, couples, adolescents or young children—sometimes using focused assessments to clarify strengths and needs. Sessions blend calm, structured exercises with space for emotion, and I often set simple between-session steps to build momentum. This approach tends to suit those navigating relationship shifts, trauma recovery, addiction challenges or major life transitions.
