About Me

I help children, families, and groups navigate life's challenges with understanding and connection. My approach supports young people in expressing big feelings, while guiding families to communicate more openly. In group sessions, you can find shared strength and new perspectives. I aim to create a space where everyone feels heard and valued, fostering growth for all.

Approach

In sessions across age ranges and family systems I create a steady, predictable rhythm: short check-ins, gentle assessment, and practical moments that help people name what’s happening between them. Working from Jaella and online in English, I keep things concrete—simple tools for managing anger, stress or urges, reflective prompts for parents, and occasional brief assessments to track change. Between meetings I support small experiments you can try at home and review what worked. This way of working suits those who want clear steps and compassionate accountability.
