About Me

I understand 'therapy' can sometimes feel overly clinical. My approach helps you cultivate a purposeful, meaningful life, moving beyond learned helplessness or hopelessness. We’ll explore ethical, value-based choices, drawing on an Existentialist approach and Self-Determination Theory. Practical lessons from aviation psychology and power psychometrics help you navigate life's complexities. This unique blend supports those seeking clarity and direction, helping you find your authentic path forward. I have decades of experience in self-actualization, having started life on the back-foot in poverty and neglect. I endured 7 years of anorexia and alcohol abuse while battling Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Later I was a successful entrepreneur for 20 years, achieved a pilot's license and began my psychology degree before Covid-19 hit. Today I live in Sweden and practice online with people around the world. I moved away from classic 'therapy' to coaching because I felt the term 'therapy' has gained some stigma of being drawn-out and overly complicated, some methods I do not subscribe to. For me; coaching has evolved into a professional arena with psychometrics support. These modern tools enable me to give you more control and transparency in the process. I invite you to start with a personality-type assessment and analysis, I have helped many people change their distress levels, make better choices, and find self-actualization, building on the decades of personal growth I have achieved.

Approach

My approach combines values-based living with evidence-informed psychometric assessments to help you better understand yourself and move towards meaningful change. Sessions are practical, structured, and paced to suit your needs, blending focused reflection with simple strategies and exercises you can apply between sessions. Working online from Sweden in English, I aim to create a calm, supportive environment where you can explore challenges without feeling overwhelmed. I also draw on safety and decision-making principles inspired by my aviation background, alongside validated self-report assessments such as the NEO-120, IIP-32, and other psychometric tools to deepen self-awareness. Together, we'll strengthen your sense of autonomy, competence, and connection, helping you feel more confident in navigating questions around identity, wellbeing, relationships, and life transitions.
