About Me

I support children and families navigating emotional challenges and seeking stronger connections. My practice offers a warm, safe space where children can explore feelings through creative play, and families can learn new ways to communicate. We work collaboratively to understand underlying dynamics and build resilience. This approach helps young ones find their voice and empowers families to move forward with greater harmony.

Approach

Helping young people heal relational wounds, I guide sessions with gentle structure and curiosity so emotions can be noticed, named and contained. From my Valenzuela City office or via secure online meetings, I work in English or Tagalog and set a steady pace that mixes playful expression, brief assessments, mindfulness exercises and skill-coaching tailored to each family. Between meetings we use small, achievable steps to practice new interactions. This way of working suits families and adolescents seeking practical change and steadier connections.
