Andrew Keefe

Psychotherapist

Helping survivors of abuse and trauma be released from the grip of their past experiences so they can live fully and richly in the present.

About Me

As a psychotherapist, I understand the lasting impact of abuse and trauma. I offer a compassionate space for survivors seeking to loosen the grip of past experiences. We can work together to process difficult memories. This helps you find release and embrace the present moment more fully. My supportive approach is for anyone ready to step beyond their history. Together, we can build a richer, unburdened future. I am here to walk alongside you.

Approach

To help you live more fully day-to-day, I work slowly and attentively, tracking how past experiences show up in your body, feelings and relationships. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: we name what feels unsafe, practice simple grounding, and gently access memories when you feel ready, with space afterwards to reflect and restore. I combine open listening with targeted, paced interventions so distress eases and new responses can take hold between meetings. This way of working suits adults seeking careful, practical support to shift long-standing patterns.
