I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling understood. My aim is to create a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative therapy space where you can explore life's challenges with curiosity and support. Together, we work to better understand the patterns, experiences, and relationships that shape your wellbeing, while developing practical ways to navigate difficulties and create meaningful, lasting change.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and concerns relating to self-esteem and identity. Whether your difficulties feel longstanding or more recent, I believe that their impact on your life and relationships deserves attention and care. I view people within the broader context of their relationships, life experiences, and environments. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I seek to understand the patterns, experiences, and ways of relating that may contribute to current difficulties. This perspective helps create opportunities for lasting growth, greater self-awareness, and more effective ways of coping.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from systemic, attachment-based, CBT, DBT, humanistic, and insight-oriented perspectives. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals, balancing practical strategies with deeper exploration and understanding. Across our work together, we may focus on strengthening emotional regulation, developing coping skills, improving relationships, navigating life transitions, processing difficult experiences, and fostering greater connection with yourself and others. I value collaboration and believe that therapy works best when it is guided by curiosity, respect, and a shared commitment to understanding what matters most to you. My role is not to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside you as we explore challenges, build on strengths, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
