I work collaboratively with you to create a grounded and integrative therapy space that is compassionate, containing, and you-driven. Together, we explore ways to better understand your experiences, strengthen coping, and reconnect with your resilience, balance, and wellbeing.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling understood. I work with individuals, adolescents, and couples, facing anxiety, stress, mood disturbance, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Whether you tell yourself “the problem” is big or small, I fully believe in the significance of its impact in your life and on your relationships.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, grounded, and integrative, drawing on systemic, CBT, and DBT-informed perspectives. Although challenges are often experienced as deeply personal and isolating, they are frequently shaped by the relationships and systems in which we live, our relationships with ourselves, others, our environments, and our emotional, cognitive, and belief systems. I believe that therapy offers a unique space for curiosity, compassion, and exploration. Through the therapeutic relationship, we can expand our capacity to cope, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate the willingness to be more authentic and vulnerable, both with others and importantly with ourselves.
