About Me

I work in person and online with individuals. In person and online counselling for individuals. Counselling is a collaborative experience where experiences are processed, strengths and solutions are identified, hopes and goals are supported. You have found a safe place. Please see my website for lots more information.

Approach

Conversations start where you are and move at a steady, collaborative pace so we can make sense of what's most pressing and practical for you. I will guide you to hear your own thoughts better, keeping meetings focused with gentle curiosity, clear reflection and tools to try between appointments when helpful. Sessions often blend talking, noticing patterns and small experiments to test new ways of coping, always guided by your priorities. This way of working suits people who want respectful, down-to-earth support and clear next steps.
