Anastasiia

Mrs Anastasiia Gudkova

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Work is one of the most important aspects of my life. The human soul is a whole new world. I value being next to the client in their journey to their self. In February 2024, I will be certified as a Gestalt psychotherapist. I have a specialization in clinical approaches to Gestalt psychotherapy.

About Me

I value being next to you on your unique journey of self-discovery. Exploring the whole new world of your human soul is central to our work. Specialising in clinical Gestalt psychotherapy, I help clients make sense of their present experiences. This approach supports a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. Our work offers a collaborative space to connect with your authentic self, which can be deeply meaningful. I will be certified as a Gestalt psychotherapist in February 2024.

Approach

Work unfolds as close, practical exploration of what is alive for you now, meeting emotions, body sensations and stories with calm curiosity. In Warsaw and online I offer sessions in English, Russian and Ukrainian, pacing work to your needs—sometimes slow, sometimes focused between sessions with short practices or reflections you can try. I help track patterns that keep you stuck from trauma, anxiety or relationship strain, using grounded, relational experiments in the room to shift how you relate to yourself. This way suits people seeking honest, steady partnership in change.
