Approach

Sessions move between felt experience and clear reflection, as I use body-attuned exercises, creative expression and practical exploration to address anxiety, relationship patterns and workplace strain. I work with adolescents and adults in Skopje and online, offering therapy in English, and Macedonian in a calm, paced setting that balances movement, talk and short experiments. Between sessions I often suggest small, body-based practices and written reflections to track shifts and build self-trust; in-session we test new ways of relating and regulating together. People facing burnout, low self-worth or recurring conflict tend to find this grounded, exploratory pace helpful.
