About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in DFW, Texas. I treat children and adolescents for abuse, anxiety, and mood disorders. I provide diagnostic assessments, play therapy, and adoption-related counseling.

Approach

Helping clients navigate through life to find their authentic self is my passion. Depression, trauma and anxiety are just a few of the "life robbers" that I help my clients cope with and free themselves from through useful tools, self-talk, and changing thoughts. As we walk through the pains, struggles and frustrations of life, my clients are able to see themselves for who they are and who they want to be.Relationships, career, abuse, addictions, negative self talk, grief, loss of focus. sexual abuse, trauma and more are things that can impede my clients from experiencing an abundant life. I help them traverse through these obstacles to find healing by looking at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual impacts.I am a Christian and a Jesus follower. As appropriate I offer my clients a biblical perspective. First and foremost I strive to understand my clients needs and help them come to a place where they have peace and joy.
