Licensed Clinical Psychologists

An professional, kind, and empathetic psychologist with a passion for helping those who are struggling. I enjoy working with populations who have chronic pain, chronic health conditions, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, ADHD, and Autism.

About Me

My aim is to offer a warm, professional space where you feel truly heard. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate challenges like chronic pain, health conditions, anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, ADHD, and autism. We can gently explore your experiences together, developing practical strategies tailored to your unique needs. This approach is especially helpful for those seeking a kind, empathetic guide to build resilience and find a way forward.

Approach

To support your resilience and next steps, I structure sessions with clear, gentle pacing that balances practical skills and space to reflect. From my Sunshine Coast consulting room or via secure online sessions in English, we work collaboratively—setting small goals, practising short experiments between meetings, and adjusting plans to suit energy, pain or attention differences. Therapy tends to be active and paced to your rhythm, using brief exercises, metaphors and check-ins rather than lengthy lectures. This way often suits people juggling chronic health, anxiety or neurodiversity.
