About Me
Approach
I am a warm and dynamic therapist - supporting you on your therapeutic journey.
I use a broad range of evidence-based therapy approaches to inform my work with you, and this includes (Trauma focused) cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), EMDR, narrative (exposure) therapy, working with the inner child, energy, attachment and psychodynamic, systemic, compassion focussed, and transpersonal therapy approaches.
We will collaborate and decide on the approach that will best meet your therapeutic needs. I think this is important because one size does not fit all and it is important that the best therapeutic approach is offered.
Ask a quick question or arrange a time to meet.
