I want to listen to my clients with empathy and positive regard to help them understand their suffering and strengthen their abilities to ease their pain. I am devoted to encouraging my clients to see themself and the world around them.

About Me

Feeling truly heard is central to our work together. I offer a deeply empathetic space to explore your suffering, gently uncovering experiences and feelings. My aim is to strengthen your innate abilities to ease pain and navigate life's challenges. I am devoted to encouraging you to see yourself and your world more clearly. This relational approach suits anyone seeking compassionate support and practical ways to move forward.

Approach

Beginning sessions, I listen closely with warmth and invite gentle reflection so we can map the patterns that feed your pain and find small shifts that ease it. I work from Lahore and offer sessions in English and Hindi/Urdu, in person and online, so we can meet where you feel safest. We move between focused conversation, mindfulness practice and practical problem-solving, pacing each step to your readiness and often agreeing on small, doable actions between meetings. People facing relationship challenges, burnout, mood changes or questions of identity usually find this collaborative rhythm helpful.
