“If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or uncertain about yourself or your next steps, you’re not alone. I work with youths, teens, and adults navigating many different difficulties, with specialties in anxieties, ADHD, OCD, self-esteem challenges, and grief. Whether you’re starting something new, facing change, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, therapy can provide a safe space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.”

About me

I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care as you rediscover your strengths and create meaningful change. If this resonates with you, send me a message! I’d love to connect!

Approach

My work centres on authentic connection. I aim to create a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself and feel accepted without judgement. I draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Person-Centred Therapy, and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) to help you understand your patterns, manage your emotions, and rebuild your confidence with greater self-compassion. I believe healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and understood. My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and care as you reconnect with your strengths and work towards meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you, with no judgement or pressure, just understanding and support.
