Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Are you struggling with your mental health? I am here to lift that cloud of struggles, shine a light through and help you find the brighter side. I specialize in symptoms of anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, traumatic experiences, abuse and life stressors. I also work with couples of any orientation.

About Me

When anxiety, depression, or life's stressors cast a shadow, finding clarity can feel challenging. I offer a compassionate space to explore what’s weighing on you, helping you gently lift that cloud of struggles. We'll work together to shine a light on your experiences, guiding you towards a brighter perspective. I also welcome couples of any orientation, supporting both individuals to navigate their unique relationship challenges. My aim is to help you find a path forward.

Approach

When everything feels foggy, I focus on small, practical shifts that bring you clearer footing and more choice in daily life. Sessions in Waterloo or online, in English, are steady and conversational—sometimes slow and reflective for trauma or grief, sometimes more structured for anxiety, OCD or body-image work—with goals we shape together and short, doable experiments between meetings. I help you notice patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviours and practice new responses until they fit. This approach tends to suit people who want collaborative, down-to-earth support.
