As an HPCSA and BHF Registered Counsellor, I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of what you have been through, whether you are navigating trauma, an unexpected life crisis, or the weight of grief. I walk alongside you at your own pace, holding both the complexity of your experience and your capacity to move through it.

About Me

Life can fracture suddenly through violence, loss, relationship rupture, or overwhelming events. In those moments, people need grounding, clarity, and skilled support to stabilise and regain control. I am an HPCSA-registered counsellor with more than 25 years’ experience supporting adults and helpers through acute trauma, crisis and post-incident recovery. I work with individuals and organisations who require structured, practical intervention after disruptive life events. I offer online consultations and work with clients and organisations across Africa. If you are navigating the aftermath of a crisis or require structured trauma support, you are welcome to make contact to discuss your needs.

Approach

My approach is structured, trauma-informed and focused on stabilisation, empowerment, and growth. Sessions are practical and goal-directed, helping clients to understand trauma responses without pathologising, regulate the nervous system after shock and restore a sense of safety and agency to develop clear coping strategies for daily functioning.
