About Me

Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, low mood, or relationship challenges can be tough. I help adolescents and adults navigate these complex feelings. My approach blends creative expression through art therapy with supportive Counseling. This offers a safe space to explore and understand your experiences, especially if words alone feel insufficient. Here, we foster healing and personal growth.

Approach

When feelings become hard to name, I guide you through a mix of art-making and gentle conversation to notice small shifts and make sense of painful patterns. Sessions take place in Chennai or online, in English or Tamil, and move at a pace you can manage—sometimes sketching, sometimes reflecting, sometimes trying short practices between meetings. I focus on building clearer communication, steady routines and safer ways to express difficult emotions so families, couples and young people can find more balance. This way often fits those who prefer hands-on, practical steps toward feeling steadier.
