About Me

I am a registered psychologist in Frankton, Otago, New Zealand. I help you manage life transitions, anxiety, stress and burnout, chronic illness, and mood disorders. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to build values-based skills and clear, practical coping strategies.

Approach

Sessions have a practical, down-to-earth focus that pays attention to how patterns show up day-to-day and what you want your life to feel like instead. We move at your pace, trying small, doable experiments from ACT—mindful noticing, clear values-guided choices and short practices to test between appointments. Expect collaboration: gentle noticing of thoughts and sensations, concrete coping steps for worry, fatigue or overwhelm, and regular review of what’s actually helping. People navigating big changes, chronic health strain, attention differences or burnout often find this way steadying.
