Miss Alysha Dosanjh

Counselor

Are you looking for individual, relationship or family therapy? Are you at a crossroads and uncertain how to take the next step forward? Trained in EFT, I use my integrative, holistic aspect while creating balance. In addition, I am also a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a qualified supervisor.

About Me

If you are at a crossroads in your individual, relationship, or family journey, I offer a supportive space. We can find your way forward together. I use an integrative approach, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This helps you uncover new perspectives and create greater balance. This collaborative work is for anyone seeking clarity when feeling uncertain. We can make sense of challenges, guiding you towards your next steps with quiet confidence.

Approach

When life feels unclear, I focus on noticing patterns in feeling and behaviour and translating them into manageable choices. In gentle, paced sessions—in Calgary or online—I blend moment-to-moment attention with reflective exploration, checking in on anxiety, relationship strain or self-worth and offering short experiments to try between meetings. The work often moves from naming what’s happening to practicing small changes so they stick. People who want clearer choices and steadier connections tend to find this helpful.
