About Me

As a Narrative therapy practitioner, I am here to be a co-traveller on your life's journey. I work with children, parents, and other adults from the community. My belief is that every human holds the agency to shape their own life story. We can gently explore your unique experiences, uncovering strengths and re-authoring narratives that no longer serve you. This collaborative approach helps you find your own path forward, building on your innate wisdom.

Approach

Gentle curiosity guides how I walk alongside children, parents and adults as we name the stories that shape your days and notice where choice sits. In Pune or online, in English, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi, sessions move at your pace—sometimes playful with adolescents, sometimes reflective with parents—and I offer simple between-session practices and mindful prompts to try out new meanings. I use narrative questions, brief experiments and shared reflections so you can spot alternatives and shift troubling patterns. This way often suits people ready for respectful, paced change.
