About Me

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. I treat anxiety, grief and low self-esteem in adolescents and adults. I use mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to teach you practical skills for emotion and stress management.

Approach

When loss or life changes leave you unsteady, I focus on how we move forward together with practical, in-session exercises and curious reflection. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your tolerance — we notice thoughts and body signals, try short mindfulness practices, and translate small insights into doable experiments between meetings. I blend structured skill-building with space to explore the stories that shape your self-image, so you leave feeling a bit more grounded each week. This approach often suits adults seeking steady, compassionate change.
