Mr Ali Mangale

Counseling Psychologist

An experienced counselling psychologist, passionately working with adolescents and young people who are trauma survivors, equipping them with skills to explore their interests, identify their strengths, and set meaningful goals.

About Me

I am an experienced Licensed Counseling psychologist, Founder and CEO of Jasiri Mind Limited, an Organization that focuses on Mental well being of individuals, companies, and organizations within the region. I am dedicated to working with adults and young people experiencing various life challenges, including mental health issues. I aim to help them find their footing. We work collaboratively to develop skills, exploring unique interests and identifying strengths. Together, we set meaningful goals. This practical focus builds resilience and a clear path forward. It's ideal for those ready to reclaim their lives.

Approach

Sessions are practical and paced to each young person's rhythm, blending gentle curiosity with concrete steps toward brighter routines and clearer choices. From my base in Mombasa and via online sessions in English or Kiswahili, I use short creative exercises, focused cognitive work and simple assessments to help make sense of painful memories and build everyday coping skills. Between sessions you'll try small experiments or creative check-ins we review together. This hands-on, steady approach suits adolescents and young adults ready for grounded change.
