Ms Alexandra Marshall

Licensed Professional Counselor

My focus is on helping your self-confidence, reduce overeating, emotional eating or binge eating, feelings of anxiety, and loneliness.

About Me

When anxiety, loneliness, or struggles with overeating impact your daily life, it can feel isolating. I offer a supportive space where we can gently explore these challenges. Together, we will build your self-confidence, understanding triggers and developing healthier coping strategies. My goal is for you to feel more empowered and at ease, fostering a stronger connection with yourself.

Approach

When worry, isolation, or strong urges around food surface, I guide sessions with calm curiosity so you feel seen and in charge of small shifts. In my Houston practice and through secure online sessions in English, we move at a steady, practical pace—checking what helps in the room, trying short experiments between meetings, and naming patterns that sap confidence. Sessions blend gentle skill-building with real-life problem-solving, and people juggling loss, parenting, work, or identity often find this steady, hands-on rhythm helpful.
