Along with individual adult counselling and psychotherapy, I also offer support and guidance to parents and expat families. I specialise in Child development and Autism assessment and diagnosis. I also specialise in nervous system regulation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I offer consultation for adults, adolescents and children in my private practice (one-to-one or group therapy) and also online, as well as in educational or home settings for children.

As a trained psychologist, mental health counsellor, and neurodiversity well-being practitioner, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of mental health and wellness. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches and Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT).
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about advocating for greater awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity in all its forms.
