About Me
Approach
As a trained psychologist, mental health counsellor, and neurodiversity well-being practitioner, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complex landscape of mental health and wellness. With extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health issues, I have developed a unique and compassionate approach to therapy that focuses on building strong, trusting relationships with my clients.
My background includes a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, as well as a deep understanding of the social and cultural factors that can impact mental health outcomes. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches and Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT).
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate about advocating for greater awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity in all its forms. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and abilities, and that by embracing these differences, we can create a more inclusive and supportive world for everyone.
Overall, I am a dedicated and compassionate mental health professional with a deep commitment to helping others achieve their full potential. Whether working one-on-one with clients, advocating for greater mental health resources in the community, or contributing to ongoing research in the field, I am always striving to make a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
