Ms Alexa Scher

Licensed Clinical Psychologists

Alexa deals with a range of mental health and relationship issues and works from a supportive, empathetic, person-centred approach. She runs her practice solely online.

About Me

I offer a supportive, empathetic space to explore your mental health and relationship issues. Working solely online, I provide flexible sessions from your comfortable environment. My person-centred approach ensures we focus on what truly matters to you. We can then navigate challenges at your own pace. This is ideal if you seek a warm, understanding connection while working towards greater well-being.

Approach

Online sessions give us room to work from your everyday environment, combining gentle curiosity with practical structure so you feel steady while we explore anxiety, grief or relationship strains. I pace sessions to suit you, mixing reflective listening with targeted tools—brief grounding, cognitive reframing or eye-movement work when it feels right—and agree on small steps to practise between meetings. You'll leave sessions with clear priorities and doable experiments, which many find helpful when managing mood and navigating change.
