Mr Alex Semenchenko

Counseling Psychologist

I provide a warm and nonjudgmental space to support clients to explore and make sense of themselves, their difficulties and life challenges and find new ways of coping. I have worked with people from different life paths to assist them to make the necessary life and lifestyle changes.

About Me

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to explore your unique experiences. We can collaboratively uncover patterns impacting your difficulties and cultivate new coping strategies. Many clients find this helpful when navigating life challenges or seeking meaningful changes. I offer practical support, helping you gain clarity and build resilience. This approach suits anyone ready to understand themselves better and move forward.

Approach

Together we focus on noticing patterns, making small practical shifts and building steady coping skills through a collaborative, paced process. Sessions take place in Berlin or online, conducted in English, Russian or Ukrainian, and we shape the rhythm and homework to fit your day-to-day life. Much of the work mixes reflective conversation, short skill practice and gentle between-session tasks to address anxiety, low mood, control issues, relationship strain or burnout. This way of working suits adults and older clients seeking clear, hands-on support to change unhelpful patterns.
