Alex Ps
CBT Psychotherapist
“I am a psychologist with a specialization in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) — a modern, evidence-based approach that helps people build a richer, more meaningful life while learning to handle difficult thoughts and feelings in a new way. In our work together, I will not try to "fix" you, because you are not broken. Instead, we will gently explore what truly matters to you, what stands in the way, and how you can move toward the life you want — even when your mind tells you that you cannot. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where all your experiences are welcome. I work with clients who experience: Anxiety and overthinking. Low mood and lack of motivation. Life transitions and identity questions. Difficulties in relationships with themselves and others. A sense of being stuck or lacking direction. Practical details: My consultations are currently free of charge. Sessions are held online. In Russian: full verbal/video sessions. In English: text-based therapeutic correspondence. If you feel stuck, anxious, uncertain, or simply curious about yourself and ready to take a step — I am here to walk that path with you.”
