Dr Alex Freeman, PhD

Counseling Psychologist

I offer individual psychotherapy (short and long term) to adult clients. I believe in creating a safe, curious and authentic connection, and working collaboratively towards enduring and fulfilling growth.

About Me

My name is Alex Freeman, I am registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA no. PS 0147222) and the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF practice no. 1126121). I believe that therapy is a partnership in being curious about yourself and your past, and being able to explore in an accepting and authentic environment. It is also about experiencing some of the difficult things in yourself and the world, and having a consistent, safe space to encounter these challenges. Sometimes, when we hit our lowest point, we are most open to change.
