Mrs Alessandra Merizzi

Registered Psychotherapist

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Gestalt Psychotherapist, fully registered in Italy and member of professional organisations in Europe and UK.

About Me

I am a registered psychologist and psychotherapist based in Fermo, Italy. I help you manage anxiety, grief and loss, dementia, mood disorders, and life transitions. I provide psychological and diagnostic assessments, relationship counseling, online therapy, and psychoeducation.

Approach

Therapy with me unfolds through attentive experiments in awareness and action, mixing focused reflection with practical steps. In my Monte San Pietrangeli office or through online sessions in English or Italian, we set a calm pace, alternating short, focused check-ins with deeper experiential work. Assessments and supervision inform gentle tracking of mood, memory or relationship patterns, and between sessions you'll often try small, doable practices we shape together. This collaborative, paced approach suits adults, couples and older people navigating anxiety, grief, life changes or dementia-related concerns.
