About Me

As a neurodivergent psychologist, I understand the distinct experiences of neurodivergent individuals and couples. I guide clients to navigate the unique challenges and strengths of their diverse ways of thinking. My tailored support helps you make sense of your world, offering strategies that truly fit your unique needs. We focus on building practical approaches for daily life, ensuring you feel understood and empowered in your journey.

Approach

I focus on translating your experiences into manageable routines, sensory adjustments and communication experiments that feel realistic and sustainable. Sessions in Zurich or online, in English, French or Polish, move at your pace: we set a short agenda, try brief in-session experiments and build simple routines to test between meetings. Therapy blends gentle coaching, targeted psychoeducation and collaborative problem‑solving so insights become immediate, usable changes. People balancing sensory, attention or relationship demands often find this practical, participatory approach most helpful.
