As an experienced and compassionate therapist, I believe you hold the power to make positive changes. I practise Solution Focused Brief Therapy, guiding you to discover your innate strengths. We focus on what's already working well, exploring small, practical steps towards your preferred future. This forward-looking approach suits clients ready to create meaningful shifts and move forward with purpose.

Approach

Knowing you can make positive changes, I guide sessions toward clear, doable steps that feel manageable from session one. In my Delhi-based practice — whether meeting in English or Hindi/Urdu online — sessions move at a focused, collaborative pace: we clarify a small goal, try brief experiments, and check what shifted between meetings. I use simple scaling, strengths spotting and short homework to keep momentum for adolescents and adults navigating abuse, transitions, mood or burnout. This way of working suits people ready for practical, steady progress.
