I am a counselor based in Ulsoor, Karnataka, India. I help adolescents and adults manage anger, conduct problems, and relationship issues. I use CBT, relationship counseling, and stress management in online sessions.

My approach is collaborative (based on the needs of the client). However I am strongly inclined towards, CBT, REBT, Reality and Choice therapy, Behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy.
