Kids & Adults, Neurodiversity-Affirmative, ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing, Highly Sensitive Persons, Secondary Trauma & Activist Burnout (incl. climate & animal activists) My practice = Safer queer space

About Me

I offer a neurodiversity-affirmative space for children and adults navigating ADHD, autism, and sensory processing. My practice also welcomes highly sensitive persons. I support those experiencing secondary trauma or activist burnout, including climate and animal activists. We can explore strategies that honour your unique way of being. My aim is to create a truly safer queer space where you feel deeply understood and can thrive.

Approach

Sessions move at your pace, with sensory cues and attention shifts guiding what we try next so you stay regulated and in control. In Berlin or online, in English or German, I offer a predictable frame — brief check-ins, paced tasks, and flexible timing — that makes room for surprise and rest. Work blends short, skill-based experiments, coaching-style practice and trauma-sensitive reflection so tools land in daily life between sessions. This way often suits queer folks, neurodivergent parents, activists and anyone rebuilding stamina after overwhelm.
