I offer a warm, understanding space for expats and migrants navigating life in São Paulo. Many find comfort in my deep understanding of cultural transitions and the feelings of displacement. As a polyglot, I ensure language is never a barrier; you can express your deepest thoughts freely. We work collaboratively to make sense of new experiences and build resilience. My aim is to help you find stability and a sense of belonging in your new home.
Approach
That comfort becomes steady curiosity and practical reflection in our work together, opening space to untangle how culture, loss and daily routines shape your feelings. Sessions are often a mix of attentive listening, gentle exploration of recurring patterns and grounded steps to manage anxiety or low mood; I check language nuances in English, Portuguese or Spanish and offer online or in-person meetings in São Paulo. Between sessions you may try small experiments to test new ways of relating and self-care. This way of working fits people rebuilding a life across cultures.
