Approach
With teens and adults I pay attention to the small shifts — what gets noticed, what gets avoided — so therapy becomes a practical space to test gentle changes. Sessions in Sevilla, in Spanish or online are paced to suit you, practical and gently structured to balance talking, reflection and real-life steps. We explore feelings, family or couple dynamics and, when helpful, use focused assessment to clarify patterns and plan manageable between-session steps. This approach tends to suit people facing school, family or relationship strain.
