About Me
As a Clinical Psychologist, I aim to provide a therapy space that is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative. People often describe wanting therapy that helps them not only understand themselves more deeply, but also develop practical ways of managing the challenges they face in daily life.
I work with people navigating emotional distress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and longer-standing psychological patterns. My approach is integrative, meaning therapy is adapted to the individual rather than applying a single fixed method.
Therapy with me tends to balance insight, emotional processing, and practical change, working at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful. I place strong emphasis on creating a non-judgemental space where you can safely explore both current difficulties and deeper underlying experiences where this is helpful.
Approach
Therapy usually begins with developing a shared understanding of what you are going through and what you would like to change or work toward. From there, therapy often balances practical problem-solving with deeper reflection, depending on what will be most helpful for you at the time.
My approach is integrative and flexible, drawing on a range of evidence-based methods to support both emotional understanding and meaningful, practical change. This may include exploring patterns, relationships, decision-making, and emotional responses, alongside identifying realistic ways of responding differently in daily life.
Therapy is collaborative and paced according to your needs. Where helpful, we identify small, manageable steps between sessions, and track progress together so therapy can be adjusted in a way that feels relevant and sustainable.
This approach tends to work well for people who are looking for both deeper understanding and practical ways to move forward.

Services
I provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing emotional, relational, or life challenges. This may include difficulties such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, stress, or feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward.
Therapy is collaborative and tailored to you as an individual. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I aim to understand your unique experiences, patterns, and goals, and to work with you at a pace that feels manageable and meaningful.
I aim to offer a supportive, thoughtful space where difficult emotions and experiences can be explored and better understood. The focus of therapy is on developing insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and supporting more satisfying ways of relating to yourself and others.
Sessions are available online and in person.
