Aditi Kelkar
Counselor
“An Australia-trained counsellor, offering a safe space for clients to explore their feelings, experiences and vulnerabilities.”
About Me
This counsellor provides a truly safe and grounded space, inviting clients to openly explore their feelings and life experiences. Here, individuals can gently unpack vulnerabilities without judgment, fostering deeper self-understanding. The approach helps those seeking a calm, confidential environment to process complex emotions and navigate personal challenges. It's a supportive setting for anyone ready to make sense of their inner world.
Approach
Sessions start by meeting you where you are, listening closely and shaping each session around what feels most pressing. Located in Vadodara, I see adolescents and adults in person and online, and can hold therapy in English, Gujarati, Hindi/Urdu or Marathi to make the process accessible. We move between reflective conversation, practical coping experiments and gentle tracking of patterns that feed anxiety, burnout, grief or addictive behaviours, with short, clear tasks you can try between meetings. People often find this steady, collaborative rhythm helps them feel safer in decision-making and more able to manage overwhelming moments.
