Adam ensures a nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe and encouraged as they engage in the counselling process. His treatment is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and also draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness techniques. Adam is informed by Objectivism philosophically. Areas of expertise include clinical disorders (e.g. Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD), addiction, as well as personality disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissism. Adam also has a background in forensic psychology treating offenders. Adam's therapy is delivered in-person or online/telephone and as a Clinical Psychologist, his clients can claim a larger Medicare rebate ($129.55 back per session with a referral and mental health treatment plan from your GP). Adam is also a Board-Approved Supervisor and provides supervision for provisional psychologists.
