His treatment is based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and also draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness techniques. Areas of expertise include clinical disorders (e.g. Depression, Anxiety, OCD, PTSD), addiction, as well as personality disorders including Borderline Personality Disorder and Narcissism. Adam also has a background in forensic psychology. Adam's therapy is delivered via online/telephone. Adam is also a Board-Approved Supervisor and provides supervision for provisional psychologists.
